You must upload your eye doctor prescribed details preferably in a dataset using the upload feature below if not complete you will receive an e-mail with further instructions so we can help with your perfect glasses.

Step 2 : Once we recieved your information we will start the customization process which usually takes around 5-7 days after this your glasses are ready to be shipped
We strive to process and deliver orders in 7-14 work days sometimes it may vary do to the customization procces you will receive an e-mail if there are any delays thank you
Returns can be made with the pre described glasses custom glasses will not be returned (only if broken on delivery)
